In response to the COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent shelter-in place order, we have implemented a family meal delivery program in hopes to ease the task of getting families fed while reducing the amount of times they must leave the house. In its first couple of weeks, we have seen a tremendous response and are very grateful for the support. As the popularity of the dinners has grown, we thought it was important to add access to the menus to our website, in addition to our Instagram and Facebook pages.
Our menus change weekly and are usually updated on Wednesday or Thursday. You may open the current menu by clicking the button above. To order, either fill out the form on this page or email us directly at info@welloiledevents.com and let us know what meal you would like, whether you want the 4-5 person serving or the 8-10 person serving, your delivery address, and phone number.
We will send you an email confirming your order some time that day or the next, depending on what time we receive it. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a text from us with your 30-minute drop-off window, somewhere between 5 and 7 pm (depending on what part of town you live in). Billing is done through Square via email, typically on the day of your first delivery of the week. Please let us know if you would rather pay by check, cash or Venmo. If paying with check or cash, please leave it outside and let us know where to find it! Your food will be delivered hot and ready to eat.
Your safety is our number one concern, so we wanted to take a minute to explain the procedures we are following to mitigate risk to ourselves, our staff, and of course to all the recipients of the food. It should go without saying that we always follow the guidelines put in place by the state regarding frequent hand-washing, sanitizing, and disinfecting surfaces. We have added measures to sanitize packages and hands on top of wearing gloves and masks while we are out in public procuring product.
To further protect you and our staff while delivering, we utilize a “Drop it like it’s hot!” procedure. This means that, while it will be great to see all of you and catch up, it is important that we limit contact; both verbal and physical. We will place the food on the front porch, ring the bell and leave. The response has been tremendous, so it is also important that we stay on schedule to get everyone’s food to them as expeditiously as possible.
Thank you again for your support and stay healthy!
Sincerely,
The Well-Oiled Events Team
